The Star Learning Lab Mobile Unit
We realized that many of our students and parents would not be able to get to us for tutoring and other services that we provide, so we have decided to go to them. Mobile computer lab that brings math education and trainings to the communities of Kansas City Metropolitan area.
The mobile unit is equipped with 20 computer stations that will be used for math tutoring, homework help, test preparation, computer coding, digital elderly literacy and community outreach job search programs. It will be equipped with a handicap accessible ramp and internet hot spot. The mobile unit will have certified instructors and a host of qualified volunteers onboard to help the community.
The STAR Learning Lab Mobile Unit is projected to be up and running towards the end of the Summer 2020.
